Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overall sales objectives of the company. You would take part in planning marketing campaign and other local promotional activity to ensure a flow of prospects such that the monthly sales targets can be met at all times. You would supervise the activities and result of your team to ensure that company goals are achieved. You would participate in the sales activities through call prospecting, presentations and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Professional and work well under pressure
- Customer &Target oriented
- Strong & Outgoing personalities.
- Fluency in English would be advantageous.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales/marketing field with at least 1 year working experience in supervisory role is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Successful candidates would have attractive pay and commission packages.
